General Talent Profile:

All talent should be Outgoing, Energetic, Attractive, Dependable, Responsible, Personable, Flexible and Professional.

Talent Guidelines:

SMT talent is responsible for purchasing their own meals and providing their own transportation to and from the events. Talent will not be compensated for breaks.

SMT Field Marketing Managers will  expected to have a working cell phone with them for the duration of each scheduled event. This number must be provided to SMT.

All SMT talent should travel to and from each event with the cell phone functional so contact can be made regarding location changes, late shows or other event details or instructions. Talent should NOT keep the cell phone on or make calls during the course of an event unless instructed to do so for a particular event or a particular project by SMT.

SMT talent will not be compensated or reimbursed for parking or travel time unless informed by SMT prior to a specific event or project.

SMT talent hired to staff events must completely fulfill their assignment or risks non-payment. (This means showing up for an event on time, wearing the proper attire, executing the event per logistics materials and instructions and completing all necessary phone calls, paperwork reports, time sheets and returning all post event materials.)

SMT talent shall not go to any scheduled event with visible tattoos and/or non-conforming body piercing. Ladies should not wear exceptionally heavy make-up and men should be clean shaven or facial hair should be well groomed. Talent should not wear bright or unusual colored nails or hair and all clothing should fit comfortably and appropriately. Smoking or gum chewing is NOT allowed at any event.

SMT talent will fulfill their agency obligations in a professional manner and always represent themselves and SMT in a way that will exhibit dignity, integrity and commitment to excellence.
